    I am delighted to access all the information you pass and give my humble opinion.
    I have not had any negative experiences with respect to hombudsperson,know that the person in our company had this feature was very responsible and a great professional but I have come to the conclusion that POLITICAL VALUES AND INTEGRITY are only verbal assurances and putting into practice issued by the Topmanagers leaves much to be desired , that focused on social responsibility in which we agree,SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY must become part of the fulfillment of objeticos.

    Of course, the branches have been pressured to sell these preferred shares and not only that but the employees who sell themselves were not given adequate information,that's pretty common in business,not given sufficient information and press for the fulfillment of objectives set by the “guruus” and therefore not based on analysis reales.Desde my view it is senior managers who are to hold accountable and certainly not run any risk in their future actions.

      Regarding what you say of the Ombudsperson, know if you had bad experiences in the company, and it is true that the figure of the Ombudsperson may be under the same leaders of malpractice arising, however I am convinced that is one of the tools easier to implement in the company and have more visibility for employees to channel complaints and walk the path of CSR with employees and their union representatives, which are one of the Stakeholder CSR.
      The Ombudsperson is a universal service within the company as it applies to all levels, pertenezcan or not to a sindicato, acting individually or even anonymously.
      Perfection does not exist, but a good Ombudsperson is a guarantee of control and channeling of respect for the rules and people.

    The preference shares is outrageous and directly involving the managers of some banks. Simply confused when it is unethical not to mislead small investors who provide their savings. Of course I think that the branch managers were instructed to "drop" these preferred shares "as is". These managers are responsible and the Bank of Spain, the CNMV, or whoever, should have intervened in time to speak now or at least sanctions on those banks or savings. You need a powerful reason REGENERATION of MANAGEMENT.
