Bye, bye to the social action of the savings banks. RIP

Allocation of the 33 TOPs, Bankia counselors and parent BFA, fruit ofcomplaint filed by Union Progress and Democracy (UPyD) and declared admissible by the National Court judge Fernando Andreuhas received press coverage around the world. These are some of the media who have picked up the news of the lawsuit:

-Le Figaro :Bankia : the former president continued (The president sought)

If the international impact of the lawsuit against Bankia is important to restore confidence in Spain, I think more important is how happy she has been I first María. And she, I first, represents the sentiment of the average Spanish. Notice that the CIS barometer stood for the first time yesterday to banks in the sixth Spanish concern, politicians continued in third place. At the same time another poll this week leaves Rodrigo Rato and the former governor of the Bank of Spain Fernandez Ordoñez as characters worst rated by respondents.

Namely TOPs are beginning to be in the spotlight. About time! Spain is not Iceland but this first complaint written by Andrew Herzog, lawyer at Garrigues, attributed to the TOPs of Bankia and BFA 5 Possible serious crimes: fraud, misappropriation, falsification of accounts, fraudulent and unfair intervention, and scheming to alter the price of things. That is the extent of success of UPyD, that small in size but big game has not yet faded as usual in much of the political caste.

And is that the case Bankia has passed all limits of indecency decisions and failed policies that have led to the embezzlement that affects many people. In addition Bankia represents the bow of the scandal that politicians and union have led many savings banks in the country.

Relajemos the subject with a trace of humor POLAND-TV3 , included in our section "Simpatico Management”

I am surprised however that is not spoken of what I consider major disaster caused by the crisis of banks. Savings banks were created more than 100 years as a non-profit institutions to facilitate access to loans and grants to individuals and small local businesses. Also contributing to social services operating in highly prized and always local rural. Until politicians and trade unionists took power in its domes and began to use these financial institutions for their partisan interests.

What will now be the social function that the missing boxes, al be transformed into the broken banks, the will power to continue? This is the great harm that is being hidden and will go unpunished which directly affects the RSC.

RIP the social role of banks scam.

    Hello GRF
let's see if the times and ways that always play a dominant role in the Spanish courts do not throw this historical ground.

I hope the cousin Maria'd better hope that enough for charging on the tops to a successful conclusion,
indeed I think we should send the whole class and political union to ENT because it seems not hear
or find out the opinions and requests of the people about what needs to be done if, eg.
to return the compensation, and very high wages to be earned on sink a Country, and
you run out of retirement and privileges to nominate finger's wife, hna. of…..,family…………..that each life will find their knowledge, oppositions, present
tion of curriculum etc.. and just as the political and govern sindicaleros banks for
personal benefit. Or do we not all equal and have equal rights? Seems not.

I agree with your cousin Maria.
But it should be attributed to many more TOPs, as you call them.
You have to go get them before ending with us, the suffering middle class
